First Kids of the US and their college choices

The Back To School is back and the US is gearing up for it. The White House is also gearing up for the season as First Daughter Tiffany Trump, President Donald Trump’s youngest daughter and also the only child from his 2nd marriage to Maria Maples will be starting school at the Georgetown Law School in fall.

Let’s take a pause from the reigning First Family now and take look at the former First Kids of the US and their college choices. Also we have listed down the new President’s children’s Alma Mater too.

Eric Trump

He is the youngest among the children that President Trump had with his first wife Ivana. He is also the only Trump who has not attended the University of Pennsylvania and has graduated from the Georgetown University with a degree in finance and management. Now, He overseas his father’s business along with his brother Donald Jr.

She originally was a student of the Georgetown University before transferring to the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University with a degree in Economics and is currently serving as her father’s senior adviser and also supported her father thoroughly throughout his journey to become the President of the United States.

Donald Jr. Trump

The oldest among the current President’s children, he currently is overseeing his father’s business while his father is overseeing the States. Donald Jr. who is the first child of President Trump from his wife Ivana Trump, is a graduate from University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics.

Malia Obama

She is the daughter of former President Barack Obama who was a beloved First Daughter. After taking a gap year, she is all set to start classes at Harvard University this year. We wish her all the best for her future.

Lynda Bird Johnson Robb

She is the oldest daughter of President Lyndon B. Johnson and has attended the University of Texas at Austin for college. She is also the last First Daughter to get married in the White House. Now, she serves on the board of the Lyndon Baines Johnson Foundation and Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.

Luci Baines Johnson

She is the sister of Lynda and the younger daughter of President Johnson. She attended Georgetown University School of Nursing Health Studies but couldn’t complete her course and dropped out in 1966. She, like her sister, also serves on the board of the Lyndon Baines Johnson Foundation.

Tricia Nixon Cox

President Richard Nixon’s oldest daughter Tricia Nixon Cox attended the Boston College in 1968 and earned a degree in English. She currently serves on the board of the Richard Nixon Foundation.

Julie Nixon Eisenhower

She is a true First Daughter because she is not only a former First Daughter but she also married the grandson of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, David Eisenhower which basically makes her a former First Granddaughter in law too. She is the youngest daughter of President Nixon and attended the Smith College. She then went on to earn her master ‘s degree from The Catholic University of America in 1972.

Caroline Kennedy

Caroline Kennedy is the oldest child of President Kennedy who went to Radcliffe College at Harvard University and graduated with a degree in Law in 1988. She then served as the US ambassador to Japan from 2013 to 2017.

John F. Kennedy Jr.

John Kennedy Jr. was a student of Brown University in 1983 from were he majored in history. Then he graduated from the NYU School of Law earning a law degree in 1989. He is no more with us now.

Amy Carter

President Jimmy Carter’s youngest daughter did attend the Brown University but was dismissed in 1987. But she went on and earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Memphis College of Arts in 1992 and then earned a Master’s degree in art history from Tulane University. She serves on the board of the Carter Center.

Chelsea Clinton

A Stanford graduate, Chelsea can easily be on top of the list of First Children who have the highest educational credentials. She also is the only daughter of President Bill Clinton and currently serves on the board of the Clinton Foundation. She earned her degree in history with highest honours from Stanford University and then earned her Master degree in philosophy from University College of the University of Oxford. She didn’t stop here. She then graduated from Columbia’s Mailman School of Public Health in 2010 and soon earned her doctorate from Oxford in 2014.

Barbara Pierce Bush

She is President George W. Bush and twin of Jenna Bush. She attended Yale University, class of 2004 and graduated with a degree in humanities. She serves as the CEO and Co founder of public health nonprofit Global Health Corps.

Jenna Bush Hager

Jenna is the youngest twin of President Bush and twin of Barbara. She attended University Austin and graduated with a degree in English. Her parents did not attend the sisters’ graduation. She is an author as well as an editor for Southern Living Magazine.
